1. General
The website hellenictrails.com offers the following services:
- Online booking for transfers
- Online booking for vacation homes/villas
Request-based services via direct communication for:
- Tours
- Car rentals
- Catamaran bookings
Bookings for transfers and accommodations are made directly through the online platform, while the rest of the services are handled via direct communication (contact form, email, or phone).
2. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations
2.1 Transfers
Bookings for transfers are confirmed upon successful payment through our platform and receipt of a confirmation email.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
2.2 Vacation Homes / Villas
Accommodation bookings are secured via the platform after full payment is completed and confirmation is received.
Cancellation Policy:
- Up to 30 days before check-in: 100% refund
- From 14 to 29 days before check-in: 50% refund
- Less than 14 days before check-in: no refund
2.3 Other Services (Tours, Car Rentals, Catamarans)
These services are not booked online and require direct contact with Hellenic Trails to receive a personalized offer and confirm availability.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Each service is subject to the terms of the individual service provider.
- Hellenic Trails will inform the client of the relevant cancellation terms during the booking process.
- Once the booking is confirmed with the provider, it is considered binding and subject to their policies.
3. Pricing & Availability
All prices listed on the website are in Euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice and availability is not guaranteed until confirmation is received.
4. Liability
Hellenic Trails acts solely as an intermediary between the client and third-party service providers. We do not bear responsibility for:
- Delays, changes, or cancellations by service providers
- Accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings
- Service disruptions due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances
- Clients are advised to review the terms of each service provider and are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance.
5. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Hellenic Trails and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
